Dr. Baran and Dr. Duan met at Ellicott City Total Eye Care, the practice where they were both formerly employed. During their years together there, they formed a strong friendship with each other as well as cherished relationships with their patients. When the practice had to close unexpectedly, the doctors were determined to find a way to continue to provide eye care to their patients, and thus the concept of Ellicott City Vision was born.
